I had my very first root canal at Canyon Rim Dental, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Delahunty and Kylee were absolutely amazing—they went out of their way to work me in on very short notice, got me out of pain quickly, explained everything as they went, and made the whole process surprisingly smooth and painless. I felt so cared for and at ease the entire time. Highly recommend this team if you’re nervous about dental work! Thank you! 😊

Canyon Rim Dental is amazing! Dr. Soffe, Shanna, and Billie were all awesome to work with. Very straight forward and kind people. I have like zero anxiety over seeing the dentist with these amazing people.

Nice experience they have good equipment and gave me a nicely done crown. Equipment can be load considering bringing ear plugs but other than that good care.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Soffe and staff went out of their way to welcome me and meet my needs. I felt safe and comfortable.

i had a really good experience here. i have really bad dentist anxiety but the doctor and hygienist were very kind and reassuring, they explained basically everything they were doing, they didn’t sugarcoat anything either. i havent been to the dentist in years but i needed fillings and a cleaning. the whole time the doctor was very gentle and kind. the receptionist was also very pleasant. i have more appointments scheduled and i’m looking forward to going back. thank you so much for helping me get my teeth better and thank you for making this such a positive experience.

Dr. Soffe was amazing! I have severe dental anxiety and he was very understanding and talked me through the entire process in a very calming manner. I appreciate the gentle approach.

Honestly I’m usually not a fan of the dentist because it’s just an uncomfortable experience, but Canyon Rim Dental was amazing! Super nice staff, and they did everything they could to make the cleaning as painless as possible, even used some numbing gel for my sensitive gums. Absolutely recommend them!

An amazing experience, everyone was super friendly and made sure to explain everything that was happening during the cleaning. Everything was very gentle I’ve always come out of a dental cleaning with some sort of bleeding gums due to the flossing or cleaning from the tech and here I had the exact opposite experience everything was amazing. They also gave great advice on oral care after the cleaning. I would absolutely recommended Canyon Rim Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist.

From the first phone call to leaving I had a very positive experience. Everyone is very kind and helpful and they answered all my questions and concerns.

I have had dental work done in the past. Because of past experiences, I was worried how this appointment would go because of the extensive work that needed to be done . Was I very surprised. After meeting the Dentist, he put me completely at ease. He explained everything he was going to do and why. After each procedure and before moving onto the next procedure, he would explain what he was doing. If you needed a break to rest your jaw, that was just fine. The best thing about this visit was, there was no pain but for the injections. The injections were given quickly and as smooth as possible. I have never been to a dental visit that was so painless. Thank you for a great visit. I’ll be back🤗

I’ve never had a more enjoyable dentist experience than I did at Canyon Rim Dental. I had my new patient visit + cleaning today, and I am amazed at the kind of quality care they gave me. Shanna was my hygienist and performed the perfect balance of gentle but thorough cleaning. “Dr. Sam” was kind and informative when reviewing the visit with me. The office is equipped with the latest innovations in dentistry equipment, including AI assistance for analyzing patient X-rays. I felt like I was given the highest level of care, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Soffe has a great bedside manner. He seems to take a very thoughtful approach to providing care. His front desk staff were kind and helpful in navigating an insurance issue.

Great office! I have been seen by both Dr. Delahunty and Dr. Soffe, they were both extremely kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Delahunty, I stayed awake for the procedure, and he was very detailed with walking me through what was going on and making sure I was comfortable, he also called a few hours later to check up on me and go over aftercare. The two ladies at the front desk are also very kind, patient, and helpful! I had a mix up with my insurance and HSA and they were nice enough to assist me through the process of fixing it. Overall, they’re quick, professional, and kind! I’ll definitely be going back for my regular cleanings. 🙂

After 15 years away from the dentist, I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed—quick, painless, and very comfortable, with a smooth healing process. The staff and Dr. Sam were wonderful!

I have been a terrible adult and neglected finding a dentist since I left the Kent, WA area in 2016 (don’t tell my wonderful dentist there he would be so disappointed in me) Shor story is it’s now 2025 and I wish I would have search sooner. DR. SAM DELAHUNTY performed a what felt to me like a complex root canal therapy for me today in not only a professional manner and expedient manner but also with kindness and care that you really want when people are drilling around sensitive nerves. He answered any questions I had and even followed up later with me in the evening. I have plenty more work for their team ( don’t neglect your teeth cleanings kids) and i am nothing but excited to return for the offices services. I wish i would have caught the names of all the staff in the office they are always so friendly. Cannot recommend this office more.

What a beautiful office! I was greeted by friendly staff and waited maybe 5 minutes. The office is bright and welcoming. I learned that my treatment can be done all in one visit! So I’ll be back for my new crown in just a few days.

They were amazing for me as a new patient! Staff were very warm and friendly and clear with communication. They have an intake survey that asks what they can do to make dental work more comfortable for you and your level of dental anxiety, which is awesome! I’m very glad to have found this place 🙂

Dr. Delahunty is an amazing, caring doctor, and the team at Canyon Rim is the friendliest, most welcoming group I’ve ever met. I can’t recommend them enough.

My daughter need the muscle between her two front teeth removed and Sam was so patient with her. He did such a good job that she barely needed any ibruprofin the next day. She was back to her happy self within 24 hours! Highly recommend Sam for any dental needs!

I recently had a dental emergency and when I say how quickly the staff went into action to get me seen and made time for the procedure needed, I was thoroughly impressed. Everybody was so nice and professional.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Canyon Rim Dental! While in SLC on a ski vacation, I had a tooth go bad on me. They saw me within 24 hours, diagnosed the issue, and performed the necessary procedure. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate them all VERY much! (Now if they could just get it to snow about 2 feet at the ski areas that would be awesome!)

I loved all of the staff. There were very kind and understanding. They let me know in details that I could understand as well as answered various questions I had. It had been at least two years since seeing a dentist and I was looking for one I could see since I got a new insurance. I also went in for a suspected cavity I may have had due to some pain that I was having for over a month. They checked as well as told me I needed to have a root canal procedure. They told me after they got some of it done that they still have some more time for me to finish the temporary crown until the final part. I really appreciate this
